Happy Birthday !

I just wanted to do a quick something and her wartortle character is just too cute not to attempt!

I haven't seriously drawn a pokemon for so long I wasn't sure it'd turn out at all, but I'm fairly happy so I really hope you like it Jo! and hope you don't mind me drawing him!

p.s. that happy-ass yellow background weirds me out @_@
