Another Christmas come and gone... I ended up getting the flu this year. :( I barfed my guts out Christmas Eve, and slept for most of Christmas Day. It probably would have really upset me a couple years ago or so, but it really didn't bug me so much this time. And my mom was sick with me so at least I wasn't alone. They can't stop my New Years though! If anyone's gonna be around Seattle for the Space Needle fireworks or watching it on TV, you can be sure I'll be down there with a camera, surrounded by shouting/cussing drunk people, and the strong smell of smoke, BO, and weed. I was sitting at home earlier today with my grandmother close by on the couch. She was busy mumbling under breath like she often does when when she suddenly shouted "COTTAGE CHEESE WITH PEARS AND A BIT OF MAYONNAISE ON TOP!!" and then continued mumbling quietly away. I had to bite my tongue to not burst out laughing. But just for a while. I'll be taking a trip to Minnesota tomorrow to see my sister and other family, so I probably won't be around here much for the next couple weeks (not that I'm really here a whole ton anyway, but still) I'm pretty excited! I haven't been back to Minnesota for about 5 years, and even though the last trip wasn't very fun due to some family squabbles, I think this trip will go really well, and get me some good R&R :) Other then that, I must talk about Avatar the Last Airbender! I just finished watching all 3 seasons the other day, and I have to say it really is a good show. I'd seen bits and pieces of the first 2 seasons
